SMV and Practice Cancellations

NVC/SMV is not linked to the school system as far as cancelling practices.   Rochester Park and Rec is used as the determining factor whether practice will take place.  If they cancel we will not have practice.  Obviously we want you to use your best judgment in bad weather situations.  Let your coaches know you are not able to make it in.  Below is the link to Park and Rec.  Click on  "Rainout Line"  on that page.

SMV Staff 

Congratulations to our SMV graduates that qualified for the
2024 SMV Scholarship. 
Criteria for the SMV Scholarship includes 5 or more consecutive years in the club, playing your senior season and being enrolled in college in the fall of your graduation year. 
Rachel Ryan was with the club for 7 years and plans to continue her education at Winona State University majoring in Elementary Education.
Megan Lund was with the club for 9 years.  She will continue her education at UW Lacrosse pursuing a marking/business degree  and will run track there.
Thank you for sharing your talent and for your commitment and dedication to SMV. You will be missed, and we wish you all the best as you continue on your life's journey.
